What event-production services does BE Productions provide?
BE Productions provides full-service AV and live production, including audio and wireless microphones, lighting, LED walls, 4K/HD multi-camera video with manned and PTZ cameras, livestreaming and Zoom integration, playback and processing, staging, truss, pipe-and-drape, branded builds, production power, 45–75 kVA generator support and special effects.
What types of events do you support?
BE Productions supports corporate and social events, including conferences, executive meetings, brand activations, product launches, galas and hybrid programs. The final scope follows the venue, audience, agenda and technical needs.
Where is BE Productions located?
BE Productions Group is headquartered at 12225 SW 128 St, Unit 107, Miami, FL 33186.
Do you support events outside Miami?
Yes. BE Productions is Miami-based and supports productions locally and nationwide.
What information is needed for a proposal?
The contact form requires only your name, email and phone number, with optional production capabilities you can select if useful. A producer will follow up to discuss the event details and technical requirements with you.
Can multiple AV departments be combined in one scope?
Yes. Audio, video, LED, lighting, livestreaming, staging, power, playback and operation can be planned together. Coordinating them in one scope helps clarify signals, schedules, equipment loads and responsibilities.
Do you offer equipment-only rental?
Some requests can be scoped around a focused equipment or technical need, but availability, delivery, setup, operating coverage and responsibility must be confirmed for the individual event. The website should not imply that every item is available as unsupported dry hire.
Can you coordinate with a venue or another event team?
BE Productions can define schedules, access needs, technical requirements, signal responsibilities and handoffs with the venue, planner, agency and other approved providers. Venue-specific requirements must be confirmed for the actual event.
How do you plan redundancy for critical systems?
The production team identifies the paths whose interruption would affect the message or audience, then defines monitoring, practical alternatives and responsible operators. The appropriate plan depends on the venue, platform, audience, program and approved scope.
What determines the final production scope?
The scope follows the room, audience, agenda, presenters, content, displays, cameras, streaming, stage, power, access, setup, rehearsal and operating schedule. Equipment is selected after those requirements are understood.
