Miami event production company

You do not need to know the equipment, crew positions or technical language. Bring us the goal—even the ambitious, unconventional idea—and our team will shape the audio, lighting, LED, video, staging, power and live operation around it.

The partnership

You bring the idea. We take responsibility for making it work.

The most exciting events can begin as a rough concept, a demanding agenda or an idea no one has tried before. We listen, ask the questions you may not know to ask and turn that vision into one connected plan for the room, content, crew, schedule and guest experience.

One connected team. One production plan. One clear owner.

What we coordinate

One coordinated plan brings professional-grade audio, video, lighting, staging, power and control systems together. Behind it is a seasoned production team managing specialists, equipment and contingencies from the first technical decision through showtime—so an ambitious event feels polished, unified and effortless to the audience.

How we work

A clear path from your idea to showtime

You do not need to manage the technical work yourself. We guide the production through four connected phases, keep you informed and carry the details all the way through the live event.

  1. We listen

You share the goal, priorities and ideas. We help uncover what the event truly needs.

  2. We shape the plan

Our producers connect the room, content, systems, crew and schedule into one workable production.

  3. We prepare the details

We confirm access, equipment, content, cues, testing, rehearsal and critical backup paths before they become show-day problems.

  4. We stay with you

Our team operates the live program, adapts when plans move and carries the technical pressure through the final cue.

Why BE Productions

Experienced people and proven systems, with you through every cue

Since 2017, BE Productions has supported thousands of events with experienced operators and engineers, professional-grade technology and carefully planned redundancy. Our team stays accountable from the first technical conversation through the final cue.

Experienced operators and engineers

Seasoned specialists manage audio, video, lighting, playback and control as one connected production—not as isolated equipment stations.

Experience built across thousands of events

Years of real show experience help our team anticipate venue constraints, content changes, timing pressure and the details audiences never see.

Professional-grade, current technology

We deploy proven, industry-grade equipment selected for the room, the content and the demands of the live program, then test it before showtime.

Redundant systems and support through the final cue

Critical signal, playback, power and control paths are backed up where the production requires it, with our team present to respond throughout the event.

Questions that matter before show day

How early should the production team get involved?

Ideally, as soon as the venue, date and program direction are taking shape. Early involvement lets us verify access, power, rigging, sightlines, content needs and rehearsal time before those details become expensive constraints. If your timeline is already tight, we can still help identify the fastest workable path.

Will you coordinate directly with our venue and planner?

Yes. We can work directly with the venue, planner, creative team, speakers and other vendors to confirm schedules, technical requirements, approvals and responsibilities. Your team still has clear visibility without having to relay every technical conversation.

When are presentations and video files due?

We establish a content deadline around the rehearsal and show schedule, then review formats, aspect ratios, audio, fonts and playback behavior before the event. Late changes can be accommodated when possible, but tested content is always safer than first opening a file live.

What happens if equipment or a signal path fails live?

Critical systems are planned with appropriate backups, tested before doors open and monitored by experienced operators throughout the program. If something changes or fails, the crew can move to the backup path quickly while keeping the show moving.

Bring us the idea. We will help carry it the rest of the way.

You do not need to arrive with every answer. Share your contact details and our team will help turn the vision into a clear, supported path toward show day.
